Description
The Biggest Opportunity in Residential Real Estate in North Bay today! LIVE ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION 67 Kathryn Crescent, North Bay, Ontario Cosens Auctions & Appraisal of St. Thomas, Ontario has been instructed to offer for sale, by way of online public auction, all the remaining chattels and real estate from the Estate of James Russell Thomas McIntosh. Property & Home Would be the dream home of any growing family or couple looking for the perfect retirement property! Surely one of the most unique properties in the area. This is a custom built home located at the back of the property, on the side of a hill, in the woods and still in the heart of North Bay. The entire property is covered in selected mature native hardwoods, under which is a planned garden complete with quarried stone walls, steps and pathways. In the backyard, the screened gazebo sits up over the custom round hot tub whose waters then fall down the rock wall into the in-ground kidney-shaped pool at deck level. The huge rear deck of stone and wood continues past the pool and includes a large custom brick BBQ which matches the fireplace and chimney on the house. You can see the quality and workmanship of this very solid and well-built home as soon as you walk through the door. At just under 2000 sq/ft. plus an 800 sq/ft. partially finished basement with separate entrance, features throughout include top-of-the-line casement windows; solid oak trim, millwork and flooring; two solid oak staircases; solid wood cabinetry throughout; porcelain tiles in eating and common areas and in the three bathrooms. Please Note: In recent years the upkeep of the house and grounds has declined, as a result there are plenty of upgrades, maintenance, hard work and elbow grease required to complete and bring back this dream home. Please be sure to read the conditions of sale online before bidding. No Reserve. No Buyers Premium. Identified Real Estate agents protected. 2017 Taxes: $4521.62 Bidding on the property is now open at www.cosensauctions.com and closes at 7pm, Wednesday, November 15, 2017 This is a "SOFT CLOSE" auction, meaning that if someone bids at the last minute, the countdown clock will reset for another 3 minutes ensuring you will have another chance to bid. Contents & Vehicle The home is filled with quality antiques, furnishings, appliances and smalls. The shed includes Honda lawn mower & snow blower, small Echo chainsaw, Stihl weed eater & leaf blower. Also offered is the 2007 Honda Civic Coupe with only 79,000Km. 10% Buyers Premium plus HST added to purchases. Items must be picked up the day following the auction.
