By accepting the terms and conditions the Bidder(s) agrees to the list of terms below. 1. Bidders are required to be 18 years of age or older. 2. All items/ lots are sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition with no warranties 3. Items are made available for bidder inspection during scheduled preview times or by appointment. 4. All items will be represented to the best of our ability and knowledge in the descriptions and photographs. 5. We encourage all bidders to personally inspect and verify the condition of all items during the preview times. All items are sold in "AS IS" condition. 6. Lot 81 assumes no responsibility for the condition of items or errors made in descriptions. 7. If you are the successful high bidder, you are responsible for full payment and removal of your item(s). 8. Payment for items can be made by Cash, debit, e-transfer and major credit cards. All sales are subject to Harmonized sales tax (HST) at 13%. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all sales. 9. Buyers that do not pay for and or remove items will be banned from bidding in future auctions. 10. Buyer's must remove their item(s) during the dates and times stated in auction details unless arrangements are made with Lot 81 prior to auction closing. Items that are not picked up within the date and times stated in the auction details may be considered abandoned and disposed of with no refund. 11. Buyers are responsible for bringing any items, tools or help required when picking up their item(s) 12. All lots are "soft close"; this means that any bid placed in the last 2 minutes will extend the bidding on that lot an addition 2 minutes. This process will continue until bidding on that lot has ceased.
