Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. Medley Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid/bidder at our sole discretion. PICKUPS & REMOVALS: The exact address for pick up will be sent to the successful bidders with their invoice. IMPORTANT!!!! This is a safe pick up at the house BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! You must call to book your appointment time and you CAN NOT BE LATE, otherwise you may lose your items or have to wait until next avaiable window (if there is one). Do not just show up at the house without an appointment. BRING YOUR OWN MOVING HELP AND PACKING SUPPLIES!!. Moving help can be arranged ahead of time AT A COST! The regular crew will not be able to help move any large pieces so make sure to bring enough help to carry your own items out. Any damage caused to the home or property while removing items and any costs related to that damge will be the responsibility of the buyer. WINNING BIDDERS can pick up their purchases Sunday September 20th from 10 am to 4 pm. ALL ITEMS must be picked up on this day ONLY. Remember, this is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Do not show up early and definately, DO NOT BE LATE or you may risk losing your items. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose the item. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up.
