No person shall retract their bid. All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Bidder may not return any item they purchase. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value and any other relevant information of an item. The Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. The description and information respecting the property or advertisements for sale are believed to be correct but if any error be found therein it shall not annul the sale, nor shall any compensation be allowed in respect thereof.
