Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTER TO BID. Simply answer a few basic questions. We collect credit card information to verify your ability to bid. This is a secure site, all data is encrypted and PCI compliant and SSL certificates are maintained. If you are the successful bidder your credit card will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made. All bids are final and cannot be retracted.. MAXIMUM BID. If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sell below your maximum you will only be the charged the final bid amount. The Auction Flex software will bid the predetermined minimum bid when you are out bid and if you check the "outbid notification box" you will be notified if you are no longer the high bidder. WINNING BIDDERS will be notified shortly after the auction. Your credit card can be charged at that time for the price of the items you have won plus buyer premium and taxes unless alternative arrangements have been made. PICK UP of items MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed. Shipping arrangements are available and must be recorded via email. Any damage caused to property during removal of your items will be assessed and charged to the buyer. SOFT CLOSE. All of Bid2Buy Auctions will have the soft close policy in place. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a sale that item will not close for another 5 minutes and will remain open as long as there are bids AUCTION ITEMS.
