By placing a bid you agree to all terms and conditions. Registration: All auction participants must register to participate. Bidders must register with a valid credit card. Catalogue/Lot Descriptions: descriptions and photographs of lot(s) are to be considered a general guide and may contain errors or incorrect information. The Auctioneers make no representation whatsoever with respect to degree of accuracy. All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is with no guarantees. Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, neither Auctioneer nor Consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind, and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuiness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition, etc. The bidder/buyer accepts the responsibility in placing the bid. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in the description or photographs of any of the lots. Payment: There is no cost to register for an auction or to "watch" items. Upon registration your credit card may be charged and then refunded $1 to ensure it is valid. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are the successful bidder. At which time unless other specific arrangements per sale are made, your card will automatically be charged for the lots purchased and all associated fees and taxes. cash payments, e-transfers and Paypal payments are accepted IF pre-arranged and approved otherwise your credit card will be charged the full amount at the close of the auction. If you do not pick up your items during the allotted time you may be subject to additional fees for restocking and or storage. By placing your bid you agree to these terms. Buyers Premium and HST: All items will be charged a 15% Buyers Premium and 13% HST. If an item is exempt it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the receipt and claim the exemption. Placing Bids: To place a bid you must be registered with a valid credit card. Registration itself and "watching" an item is free. Once a bid has been placed it is a legal biding contract, bids cannot be withdrawn for any reasons no exceptions. Please ensure you are willing, able and sure of following through with your bids. All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is, with all faults, with no guarantees that any item is "fit" for any application. All bids are legally binding and enforceable in Ontario, Canada. Item Pick-up and Removal: All items are sold in place as advertised per sale. It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure they can remove the items during the scheduled pick-up dates and times. The buyer is responsible for safely removing all purchases and bringing with them any and all required tools where applicable. The Buyer is responsible for any labour necessary and materials including boxes and wrap. Our staff will not be able to assist in loading or preparing items for transport. Please ensure you have adequate help and packing materials with you. Any items not picked up during allotted date and times will be deemed abandoned and ownership forfeited back to the Auction House. Penalty fees such as restocking, storage or disposal will be at the discretion of the Auction House and billed automatically to the Buyers credit card. Shipping: If you require shipping services, this is arranged as a separate transaction and billed separately directly with the Auction House. Upon the close of the sale you will be automatically invoiced for your lot purchases, auction fees and taxes; For a shipping quote, fees will be determined and confirmed upon request and billed as a separate transaction by credit card, e-transfer or Paypal.
