REGISTRATION - You must register for the auction on Hibid. Credit Card information will be neede to veryfy your identification. You must be of legal age to bid. PAYMENT - You must pay for your items when you pick them up by Cash, Debit, Mastercard or Visa. BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and 13% HST added to all purchases. BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops. INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - You will receive an email the day following the auction with your Invoice. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the times specified. MERCHANDISE AND CONDITION - We do our best to properly describe the items in the auction to the best of our ability however items are all sold AS IS/WHERE IS. All of the items in this auction are Brand New unless otherwise stated and described. We cannot be responsible for condition of items new in the box - unopened. THE BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Peninsula Liquidators Inc. (O/A - Luke's Auctions) and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Luk'e Auctions or anyone acting on his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
