OUR PICKUP APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY UPDATED FOR 1 WEEK FOLLOWING THE AUCTION BOOKING PAST THIS TIME IS OF NO USE. YOU MUST PAY & PICKUP on the specified pickup dates! There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to do so may result in being prevented from signing up for future auctions. All items not picked up after the auction pickup dates will be subject to a storage fee that must be paid on pickup. Items not picked up by the following auction will be considered abandoned at bidders expense and items will be resold. We try to be very accomodating, we are happy to waive fees and help people who inform us before hand if they require accomodations, however we have a strict policy to non communicative bidders. All items are in their various states as described by the condition. However, if an item significantly deviates from the description we must be notified by EMAIL with supporting documents, descriptions and pictures WITHIN 7 CALANDER DAYS OF PICKUP. Approval for return will be valid until the next pickup days. Failure to return items forfeits the return approval. AS-IS AND USED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. We do not warrant any missing component of AS-IS and USED items other than the main item. For example, a USED or AS-IS game console bundle may be missing components of the bundle, however the main item is present. We make extensive use of the USED and AS-IS descriptions to ensure our bidders have the most information available. This does not apply to NEW or SEALED items. SEALED items are sure to contain all their components and are in perfect retail condition. NEW items are sure to be unused and all major parts present. OPEN BOX item returns are decided on a case by case basis, but generally we accept returns if substantial components are missing or there are obvious signs of substantial use. All item discriptions are mostly from amazon and some large retailers, all items can be searched by their lead names. We do not warrent the item is not consistent with what is sold by the retailer. Returns are processed by the end of the pickup week and it may take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Returns must be presented in person, absolutely no returns of convenience are permitted. If you bid for it, you must arrange for pickup. Someone may pickup on your behalf. All items are to be paid by the SATURDAY of the auction failure to do so will result in barring from all auction events and a review left on Hibid profile. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, USED" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder acknowledges and understands that the online service may or may not function correctly.
