Effective IMMEDIATELY, by appointment curbside pickup is the only way we can serve you at our 2115 Midland Avenue location. We will no longer be able to offer drop-in pickups and you MUST HAVE A BOOKED APPOINTMENT to receive your goods. If you come at the wrong date or time you will be asked to come back at your booked time. This is to assure we are providing the safest contact free pickup experience possible for everyone. 2. Mr. Big Deals is encouraging everyone to follow the "Stay at Home" orders put in place by our government, so we have negotiated an outstanding rate for local delivery of your items with one of our delivery partners. Mr. Big Deals does not profit of the shipping rates and do not charge any handling fees for this service. You are charged what we are charged. Effective immediately if you live in the GTA borders of Mississauga, Brampton, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering and south to Lake Ontario we can offer you delivery of your items for a low $15.00 plus HST for a box up to 30lbs in weight and dimensions of 22" x 18" x 13". That is an exceptionally large Amazon type box, and we can place as many items from your order in these boxes as possible up to 30lbs. Each additional box up to the same size and from the same order will be an additional $3.00 plus HST per box. We believe this is an outstanding rate for local delivery and your items will be delivered directly to your door within a few days after the end of the auction except for apartment buildings where you will have to come down and accept your items from the delivery driver. If you live in areas outside the locations, we have mentioned above (e.g., Milton, Oakville, Newmarket, Whitby, Oshawa & Courtice) we can still offer the local delivery service, but you will need to call or email us to get rates specific to your location. 3.
