Please book your online pickup appointment by visiting https://mrbigdeals.setmore.com. This is where you can book your exclusive 10-minute appointment. You can also book by visiting www.mrbigdeals.ca and clicking on the book appointment button found on our website main page. We are currently offering contact free curbside pickup by appointment only. When you arrive at our facility you will see a tent/table set up outside our loading door. Please park your vehicle along side this tent/table and call us at 416-292-3481 with your name and/or invoice number and we will bring all your items to the pickup table. In our efforts to keep with social distancing protocols we ask that you remain inside your vehicle until our staff members give you the, all clear to begin loading your vehicle. Once you have loaded your vehicle, we ask that you clear the pickup area as soon as possible so we can service the next appointment. We kindly ask that you only arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early or you see that another vehicle is in the loading area please wait at the far end of the parking lot until the pickup area has been cleared of people and vehicles before pulling up to the pickup table. If you are gong to be late or cannot make your appointment, we ask that you cancel and make a new pickup appointment as we cannot guarantee we will be able to serve you. Priority will be given to those who arrived on time for their scheduled appointment. Please be advised that If you show up without a pickup appointment you will experience delays of anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour as priority will be given to those with a booked appointment. PLEASE BRING THE HELP YOU NEED TO LOAD YOUR VEHICLE. Mr. Big Deals staff will not be permitted to help move or load items into vehicles under any circumstances. We have implemented a text messaging system for those who arrive early or without an appointment so they can be informed when their order is ready for pickup. Keep in mind, if you arrive early or without an appointment you may experience wait times of anywhere from 30-60 minutes as priority will be given to those with a booked appointment. We encourage payment in advance with credit card, Visa debit, email transfer or PayPal. Cash transactions can now be accepted provided we are informed of your intent to pay with cash in advance of your arrival.
