When you arrive at our facility you will see a tent/table set up outside our loading door. Please park your vehicle along side this tent/table and call us at 416-292-3481 with your name and/or invoice number and we will bring all your items to the pickup table. In our efforts to keep with social distancing protocols we ask that you remain inside your vehicle until our staff members give you the, all clear to begin loading your vehicle. Once you have loaded your vehicle, we ask that you clear the pickup area as soon as possible so we can service the next appointment. We kindly ask that you only arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early or you see that another vehicle is in the loading area please wait at the far end of the parking lot until the pickup area has been cleared of people and vehicles before pulling up to the pickup table.
