By placing a bid, a bidder indicates that they have either inspected item(s) to their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item(s). Bidders are responsible for paying for their purchases. If you are a successful bidder, you agree to pay by the credit card (Visa or MasterCard) used for registration. Your card will be charged after the close of the auction, and you will receive a paid invoice via email. Blackbirch Auctions Inc. reserves the right to run NSF cards again. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, please indicate your preference in the notes to auctioneer and send the e-transfer to blackbirchauctions@gmail.com before 3pm the day after the auction. If e-transfer payment has not been received by 3pm the day following the auction, the credit card used for registration will be charged. Exact cash is accepted also. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from future bidding. All items are not inspected and are sold "as is" without guarantee or warranty. This is a returned merchandise online auction; items could be used, damaged, missing parts, not the item as shown on the packaging, or nothing wrong at all. Blackbirch Auctions Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in the auction, in advertising, and/or the Internet in detail and include any pertinent information about it. Blackbirch Auctions Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. The bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase; all sales are final. If Blackbirch Auctions Inc. agrees to an item return, item must be received at the warehouse in original purchase condition within three business days of auction close for bidder to receive refund. Please bring your paid invoice to the auction site at 309 Exeter Road Unit 45, London, Ontario. Buyers are responsible for pick up and transportation of items at their liability, expense, and risk. Blackbirch Auctions Inc. staff will assist in locating your items within the building, but are unable to assist in vehicle loading. Please bring extra people and/or carts with you if required. Staff is on site to monitor removals only. You are responsible to ensure you have all your items before you leave the auction site.
