All items from the locker to be removed and locker to be swept clean with in 72 hours a deposit of a $100 will be added to to the invoice and refunded after locker is emptied & swept please bring a copy of your invoice to the Storage company Buyers premium 15% for unit sold from $1- $190 13% for unit sold from $200 and up

Successful buyers must show photo ID and bring a copy of their paid invoice to the office of the storage company before having access to the unit they have purchased . Invoices will be sent out once auction is complete and payment & deposit have been process.
