By registering to bid, buyers agree to and accept the following - please read carefully: Pre-bidding opens Monday, May 22, 2023. Auction closes Thursday, June 1, beginning at 7pm EST. Pickup is Sunday, June 4, 11am until 5pm EST at 19 Waterman Avenue, Unit 20, Toronto Ontario M4B 1Y2. Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off. Your verified credit card is not automatically charged for your purchase. Payment is in person on Sunday, June 4 via credit card, debit card or cash. Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com can be sent by midnight Saturday, June 3 but not in person. There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST on all purchases. Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up on the scheduled pickup day. Shipping is not available. Ontario buyers from outside of the GTHA may arrange an alternate pickup day with prior approval of the auctioneer and with payment received via Etransfer by midnight Saturday, June 3. All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, and that lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described. Buyers agree to not hold the owners and/or operators of the pickup property and/or the pickup staff responsible for loss, damage, injury, accident, mishap or incident. Auctioneer has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion to the auctioneer. Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions will result in a permanent ban.
